1. License Grant
By submitting a release, you grant RedSpaceMusic a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to deliver, store, and display your music on the platforms you select, for as long as the release remains active.
2. Ownership
This agreement is a distribution license only. RedSpaceMusic does not acquire ownership of your masters, compositions, or any associated rights.
3. Delivery & Takedowns
Delivery timing depends on each platform's own processing. Takedown requests are submitted to all live platforms but may take up to 14 days to fully process, and are irreversible once sent.
4. Royalty Terms
Royalties are calculated based on the revenue reported by each platform, less any applicable revenue-share, and allocated according to confirmed splits.
5. Warranties
You warrant that you own or have secured all necessary rights to distribute the content you submit, and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
