By creating an account or using RedSpaceMusic, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during signup and identity verification.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the music, artwork, and metadata you upload. By distributing through RedSpaceMusic, you grant us a limited license to deliver, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of distribution and reporting.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are billed according to the plan you select at signup. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy. Revenue-share plans deduct a disclosed percentage from royalties instead of charging a subscription fee.

5. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Content Policy, or applicable law, including repeated copyright infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

RedSpaceMusic is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before taking effect.
